Christian or Heathen?
Hello my friends and visitors to my site.
I would like to talk to you today about work ethics in our daily and business life.
Our character and our actions in our life at home and at the office is either going to build us up or destroy us forever. The reason I am coming on so strong is that I know of at least two businessmen who only care about themselves. On the surface, people think they care. However, when people get to know them, they get stabbed in the back.
There is no separation between your business life and your Christian life. They are one and the same. If there is a difference, then are you really a Christian? You say that you are, then show me. Don’t just mouth the words and then in your business life you lie steal and cheat to get what you want and say it’s just business. There is no distinction. If there is a distinction to you, then are you really saved?
Why am I being so hard and cold? Because when you step on and over people in your daily business life to get what you want, you are telling them that God does not care about them. Others are looking to put their trust into your hands – hands of a loving, caring Christian businessman that will use integrity in all their business dealings. If they find you stab them in the back, you will lose their respect and how are you any different than a non-Christian? If you die at this point, you could go to hell forever!!!
