ACT Changes Lives

This is another personal history in my short life with A.C.T.   I was  first introduced to A.C.T. in early 2008.  That summer was a hot one.  Usually I find myself confined indoors during the summer as heat interferes with my breathing making me short of breath.  However, since my wife was going to the arboretum I decided to join her although it was in the upper 80’s and that is fahrenheit.   We brought along the camcorder and surprisingly I wasn’t tired nor was I out of breath.  Hence, we made a short commercial using the backdrop of those beautiful flowers with butterflies twirling and swirling above our heads.

Back to the present, I have been drinking it for 2 years now and find that it keeps me alert and gives me sustaining energy.  You know many times we eat because we feel hungry and/or to regain our strength.  Well, since A.C.T. supplies me with both, sometimes I forget to eat.  Lately, I am getting better at reminding myself to eat since I know that putting some fuel in the body helps me to burn the fat off my body.
